we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product. This policy outlines
our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective/Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or
defective, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Non-Defective Products: For non-perishable items (like packaged vermicompost),
we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its
original packaging.
- Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our fresh dairy products (Milk, Curd,
Ghee), we generally do not accept returns unless the product is spoiled or damaged upon arrival.
2. Exchange Policy
We are happy to exchange items if:
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Please contact our support team to initiate an exchange process.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-7
business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to
our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
